Our Burgundian day is an unique corporate event for groups. You’ll visit the best of Holland by bike and enjoy a delicious diner afterwards.

You’ll travel by bike through the Dutch countryside and visit cute villages like Broek in Waterland, Zuiderwoude, Uitdam, Durgerdam and Ransdorp. You’ll definitely going to enjoy the views over our flat little country. Along the way our guides will tell you all about the villages and their fascinating history. Where did Rembrandt sat when he sketched the church tower of Ransdorp? How did ships navigate over the shallow seas to the harbor of Amsterdam? While you enjoy a well deserved break with views over the IJsselmeer, we’ll serve drinks and freshly smoked eel straight from the barrel.

Hay farm

After two hours you arrive at our hay farm, a building literally build out of bales of hay. Here our chefs will prepare you an organic three course diner. On the menu are organic pork on the skewer, lamb smoked on hay, a whole Norwegian wild salmon from the wood oven or barbecue ribs.

The hay farm has a sunny terrace and a meadow with panoramic views over the countryside. Here you can catch your breath or if you feel up to it, we can organise different kinds of activities. How about building your own loungebar out of bales of hay, wood and straw. Add some pillows, some bottles of liquor and a guitar and you’ll have a great evening! This is also a good moment and location for a business presentation. After diner it’s time for lighting a cozy camp fire, where you can enjoy the sunset.
